We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. "The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each...
