"They were four adults and three children here from the United States to visit Irish cousins. Corrigan’s Corner House was a perfect place for us to do lots of adventures on the Shannon River and easily drive to visit cousins. We did a lot of cooking and loved that the supermarket was right across the street, and there were pubs with Irish music in walking distance. We’d stay here again."

"From start to finish we were made to feel most welcome. Even on our morning walks the local drivers all waved and said good morning. We are from the UK and the US. This charming house provided us with a perfect base to explore the area and also hunker down and enjoy our family time. Joe and Carmen are the kindest hosts. "Great, central location in Ireland. Could drive to Galway, Clanmacnoise, Rock of Cashel, Burren, Dublin area easily and be back. All within two hours, some even 20 minutes. Parking great and walked to pubs, music, groceries, etc. 8 family including kids. Kids loved the loft area and family loved main dining/living area. Beds basic and comfortable, price was great for family budget! Thanks Sean!"

"Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous! The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint. Just not worth it, spent the extra and stay in a hotel "

"We chose this cottage in the country to experience the local towns, people, the food, & history. We rented a car & used the cottage as base. Each day we drove to a different castle or locale.Even the Cliffs of Moher was a day trip. Roscrea village was close for groceries. Denise & Joe were very friendly, helpful, kind, & wonderful hosts. Loved all the decor, books, location & Denise’s Irish soda bread was YUMMY! Highly recommend. Debbi & Perry"

"A fantastic stay made all the better by the lovely Dympna, she was just amazing and professional and went above and beyond - to check in on us and the house. Excellent communication from her pre-check in too and she even messaged to warn us about roadworks in Terryglass. A 5 star service. "The Meadow View Farmhouse was a dream come true. Eamonn was an awesome host. He met us at the house with a wealth of information about the area and even booked us a visit to a local castle viewing.
