"We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed interacting with Margaret. She was very polite and attentive. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this location. Its just a quick drive to the local shops, there is an amazing park with a castle in Portumna, and we were able to visit neighboring towns with ease. I was very impressed with the information Margaret provided. She was kind enough to print out a packet that contains everything you need to know during your stay....

Excellent communication from her pre-check in too and she even messaged to warn us about roadworks in Terryglass. A 5 star service. "I have to preface this with an *. I had booked the gardener's cottage but there was some sort of booking mishap and the cottage was double booked. To their credit they gave me a room in the main house which was very nice. It was technically an up-grade and there was no charge. I would have like the solitude of the cottage, but I am not upset as I had a lovely time. You should most definitely get dinner. The food was exceptional. "My wife and I came to vacation in Ireland with our 6 children. This was a lovely home that fit us perfectly. We stayed a week and traveled each day to another location to see the SW of the country. Caroline the property manager was very nice and very responsive. The only constructive feedback I would give is that it would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows. This may not be applicable for the majority of the year, but it was very warm when we stayed, and with no A/C, we wanted to open...
