"The front desk waited for us until we arrived at 8:00 pm which was very nice of them and we had 2 rooms close to each other. There were a few restaurants and many sports shops a walking distance from the hotel. When we arrived to the second floor with the elevator, we found out that we have another 6-7 stairs to climb with the language to get to the rooms…. The bathroom in one of the rooms was tiny and there was not any body soap or shampoo in both rooms. The worst part was that every 15...

"We loved staying here, the owners were super friendly and booked restaurants for us. Everything is brand new and lovely and clean. The sauna with a view is fab and feels quite luxurious. The lounge is really nice too. Ski bus stop is really near and there's a boot room with plenty space. A 15 min walk to restaurants in the evening as it's not right in the centre but we enjoyed it. Or you can use the kitchen to cook if you want to. "

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

The owner is hands on and sponsors a variety of public events like blass band and other performers outside the hotel square. 2nd floor has a massive balcony patio, library, reading room, etc. There’s also the ability to rent an ev car or bike right from hotel. All guests I talked to enjoyed their stay and other locals in town have called it a hot spot for hanging out....

It’s quirky, clean, great location, good service, delicious free breakfast, they give you towels and bathrobes to use in the mineral bath (only a 5 minute walk), friendly staff and provided discounts for the gondola and mineral bath. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"

This is a wonderful family owned farm with very nice, roomy accomodations mainly geared towards families with young kids but wonderful if you just need a nice break from travel. It was a one night stopover for us but if you need a multi night getaway with your children, this would be very nice. "
