"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Ballyvaughn. Ray is a great host--check in was a breeze and the location of the house is terrific-- close to town, but quiet--with great access to Bishop's Quarter--a lovely strand for walking- The view from the house couldn't be prettier. This would be a great spot for a family, as there is plenty of room. We will be back for sure."

"This stay was truly a dream. The property this cabin is located on is absolutely beautiful. upon entering we could tell that this place was built with a keen eye. Everything was laid out perfectly. The hosts were equally as wonderful. Both accommodating and enthusiastic, Ariana and Kelly were ideal owners. We truly could not have had a better experience and hope to get the opportunity to stay here again in the future. "

Four good comfortable double beds, 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Kitchen well provisioned with some nice extras provided: milk, cereal, waters, cokes, biscuits, coffee beans with grinder and coffee filters/machine etc. All nice and clean. "I was looking for a place to write and walk about Galway. This was a great location and VERY quiet! Expect a mile walk to get most places but there was a fantastic little pub three blocks away with nightly music by local friends sitting together, not a tourist place.
