The property features four large bedrooms, two cozy sitting rooms, a spacious dining kitchen, and a stunning outdoor space where you can enjoy watching the sheep and cattle in the surrounding fields. The farmhouse has been recently refurbished to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests, whether you're looking to relax indoors or explore the picturesque countryside.

On the ground floor, you'll find a king-size bedroom, a bathroom, a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, two living rooms, and a convenient utility room. Upstairs, there is a luxurious king-sized master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, another king-size bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds that share a family bathroom. Additionally, there is a desk area on the landing for those needing to catch up on work during their stay. The large private garden is securely fenced, making it perfect for both children and pets.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property throughout their stay. The property is on a working farm so it is possible to walk through the farm on the tracks but we urge everyone to take care as there is farm machinery and livestock moving around the farm from time to time.
The Neighborhood:
The property is in a rural setting yet only 5 minutes from Bishopton and 20 minutes from Glasgow city centre. Bishopton is a charming village nestled in the Renfrewshire region of Scotland, approximately 15 miles west of Glasgow. Known for its picturesque landscapes and friendly community, Bishopton offers a blend of rural tranquillity and easy access to urban amenities.
The village is characterised by its peaceful residential streets, lined with a mix of traditional stone houses and modern developments. It's a popular choice for families and commuters, thanks to its excellent transport links, including a well-served train station with regular services to Glasgow, and proximity to the M8 motorway, making it convenient for travel to nearby cities and towns.
Bishopton is surrounded by lush greenery, with numerous parks, woodland areas, and walking trails that are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The nearby Erskine Bridge offers stunning views over the River Clyde and connects to additional scenic spots. The property is well placed for guests wanting to visit Loch Lomond. It takes approximately 20 minutes by car from the house to Balloch at the head of the loch.
Getting Around:
Due to the rural setting, guests would benefit from having a car during their stay. The property is located only 15 minutes from Glasgow international Airport and 20 minutes from Glasgow city centre. The house is also perfectly positioned for guests wanting to explore Loch Lomond and the surrounding area. Balloch, which is at the head of the loch can be reached in 20 minutes by car. If guests do not have access to a car we are able to arrange a driver service for an additional cost.

We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay
