"We are a group of 'mature' ladies that for 23 years have been going away twice a year for walking weekends in the UK. The house was extremely clean, well planned out and big! "What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. "First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. "absolutley lovely place. so spacious and cozy. me and my 7 friends stayed there and we all felt at home with how peaceful and beautiful the house was. check in was super easy and the 2 minute interaction i had when checking in with i assume the owner was very good. i couldn’t recommend a better place as this suited all our needs. unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but we took liberty of the huge and incredibly comfortable lounge. "The hosts were fabulous and blew is away with their welcome pack but is not suitable to sleep 4. Everything is just in one room and there's only seating for 2 unless you want to sit on a bar stool. The layout also needs rethinking because at one point my wife was in bed having a cup of tea and waved to the hosts as they pulled up in their car. If they switched the sofa and bed you'd get more privacy and be able to watch the tv from the sofa. Otherwise, it was great. Would recommend for a couple."

Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"Lovely house to stay for a big family , everything you need in the property and more . Great outdoor area for relaxing and for little ones to play . Area good and quiet not far from the town and shops and there are takeaways across the road . Within easy reach of many holiday favourites beaches , parks , castles etc there is great selection of leaflets for ideas . We would return in the future . Thank you Diane for hosting us . "
