"There were no food options in the hotel. This was a surprise and affected my mornings. Regular black coffee was not provided, not impressed with Nespresso. Bed was fine. "

"My room was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for taking the bus to and from the airport as well as everything I wanted to do in Montreal. I walked everywhere. I also liked that there was a very nice grocery store right across the street. I arrived early in Montreal and I went to the hotel to drop off my luggage. The front desk checked to see if my room was available and I was allowed to check-in well before 3:00. That was greatly appreciated. Overall a very nice experience and I would stay here again. "

"This hotel is located in the most convenient area to restaurant, shopping, and transportation. Staff were always attentive and friendly. The rooms are very clean!! My only complaint is that the ‘pool’, which is actually a spa pool was supposed to be heated and unfortunately, it wasn’t during our stay. We chose this hotel because we thought that my mother would enjoy the warmer pool. The pool area is still a nice spot to hang out. We would stay there again. "

"The room was clean, had a microwave and stove, all very nice, the only thing was that the room curtains would not block out the light. There are train tracks downstairs, good thing there are no trains at night to make noise. The front desk staff was very attentive."
