Relaxing Get Away
Cabin was well stocked and we had a great time. Hot tub and fire pit were really nice. Great added bonus of being able to block off the porch so the dog could stay outside and look at the deer and squirrels.

Awesome place to stay
This place was perfect for our family. We had a total of 4 adults and 2 kids stay. This cabin had plenty of space for us all to spread out. Our kids played in the creek and river while adults sat on the porch or fire pit. We also spent lots of time playing pool and ping pong in the basement. Very close to downtown Elijay as well along with many other places to eat and drink. Would stay again.

The house was very clean and quiet. So relaxing. Loved sitting on the upper deck with a cup of coffee in the morning. We saw several deer. The river sounds were calming. We have no problem recommending this location. The owner was super easy to work with.

PARADISE ON THE RIVER AND CREEK
Fantastic cabin!!! It doesn't get any better than this location wise and amenities! . My 2 nephews really enjoyed the game room and Dad too! We also checked out the Coosawatee Rec center. Nothing but fun and swimming. Such nice people around this area . Lisa is the Hostess with the Mostest!!! She's there if you need her!!! Thanks again Lisa for having us! Hope to maybe see you next year!!!

Nice location
The cabin was well stocked, and the location was great for being on the river. If you want to float down, there's a neighborhood launch area, you can park there, and walk back to your vehicle after tubing, it's about a 20 minute walk, very nice, mostly downhill. The hot tub was great after all the hiking we did. The game room was adequate for my competitive husband and son. Overall a great cabin, very well stocked, and the location was awesome.

Beautiful River house
Great location on Mountain Town Creek. Fantastic views and sounds of river. We floated in the river/creek in the provided tubes. The house was very clean. Main floor has a king on suite. Top floor has a king room and a loft down the hall with a queen - good for families. Basement has game room. Getting to the cabin is not hard for any vehicle but the roads are a little steep as you would expect. We will be back!

What A Wonderful Place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our adult children and family pup. The outside grounds are just magnificent & offer all the amenities you can want, plus magnificent views & the sound of the river. Since our trip was at the end of pollen season, we did have to do a little rinsing on the porches and furniture outside, but inside the cabin was immaculate and offered all the essentials & more. The dusty green & yellow is expected when choosing to stay in the mountains this time of year so just be aware if you suffer from allergies. Our only suggestions would be new mattress toppers & pillows, & check the tv in the loft area which would not come on, but that could’ve been user error. The ping pong portion of the gaming area could use an updated net,paddle & ball, but otherwise, the game room offers many options for play & the hot tub is top notch. The bedrooms & bathrooms are great, just need a little comfort update for the beds, or just bring your own favorite pillow. The kitchen is superb w fab appliances & is very well stocked. Our entire bunch cooks a lot so this was very much appreciated. This is a serene, prime property on the river & was just right for the 6 of us. Our host was easy to reach & very accomodating before & during our stay. We can’t wait for our next visit! We’ve stayed in many cabins in the area & this one is our favorite- just can’t beat the location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the clean & walkable grounds, & the incredible views. Bravo!

What a great property! Description was spot on. We really enjoyed all the property had to offer. The basement was great with plenty of games. Pool, ping pong, corn hole, darts, ring toss. The bedrooms were great with comfortable king beds and balconies to go outside and see the deer every morning! The town of Elijah is quaint and nice. Just a few minutes drive to Blue ridge. Finally, Lisa the property host was amazing! She was very helpful and even suggested places to go around town. We would definitely stay here again.

A Hidden Gem on the River
It’s all about location! After 13 yrs of staying in different resort properties, we have found the property that we want to return to next year. Check out this wonderful home in the woods on the river where! You too may have the pleasure of watching multiple groups of deer frolic in and cross the river as you enjoy the view from your rocking chair on the porch.

We had the time of our lives!
I’ll never forget unlocking the front door and opening the door to the porch area. It absolutely took our breath away! The first morning there, my husband saw 16 deer cross the River right before his eyes! Then when you opened the door off our bedroom, it was a completely different look and sound. The woods were alive with the birds and rushing creek. The cabin fit our needs so well, that we canceled all excursions except a fishing charter where we both caught strippers over 20 lbs, and a trip to the falls, which was a great hike! It was a great time to unplug and relax. Although we enjoyed it just being the 2 of us, our kids have said they’re coming next time! Thank you Lisa, for hosting such a wonderful place to stay!

The cabin and location were everything we were hoping for and more. The views from the decks were incredible and the location is so relaxing. We had everything we needed to cook, entertain, or just unwind. The many options in the game room and the inner tubes for the river ensured there was something for everyone. Coffee by the River
The check in process was effortless and Lisa was extremely easy to communicate with. Everyone loved their rooms, dual climate control was perfect for the upstairs room and loft and tubing right to your back door will be a memory my 8 year old roll never forget. The grounds are also great to walk our fur baby. We woke up every morning and drank our coffee, read and/or just talked rocking and enjoying the River. We will definitely come back!

Amazing trip!
This is the second time we've been to this property and we will definitely be back! It's an amazing house and you can't beat the location on the water.
