"My husband is handicap and at check in they arraigned the room to be very accessible for him. The front desk was absolutely amazing. This is the second time we have stayed there, but not the last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. We didn't take advantage, but in the evening there were several families swimming and the pool area looked fantastic."

"Every thing was great.the pool was really nice but the hot tub went down at around 10:00.the room was nice and comfy.The breakfast was good so was lunch.the elevators looked really cool too.the slide was cool too.I also liked the view at the tenth floor. "

"We were very comfortable and happy staying here. The property is very nice and very clean. Our room was very clean and our bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice with thoughtful options both cold and hot. The location is central to all the Gatlinburg action which made it very convenient since everything was walkable. I would suggest bringing earplugs. This is nothing against the hotel, the garbage trucks collecting in Gatlinburg were very loud and disrupted my sleep every night. We had a river view and were almost at top floor. Maybe choosing Mountain View would help. Not sure. "
