"Excellent property, service and staff was exceptional. Food was decent. They had a lot of entertainment for guests, shopping for gifts and souvenirs was available. Pools were regularly cleaned, sunloungers were cleaned at the end of the day by staff too. The only issue we had was after multiple phone calls to the spa we were not able to book an appointment because they had no availability for 2 days. The lady on the phone could not understand us and asked us to come to the spa. When we checked...

"This place feels like a retirement home! Full of retirees from Europe. The jacuzzi was broken and falling apart, toilets broken, food was mediocre at best. I couldn’t eat one of my entrees because it tasted terribly full of pepper. You can’t swim at this beach because the waves are too strong. The ATM had no money and they didn’t charge me the taxes correctly at check-in so they called me to go back and pay it the following day. I won’t be back!"

"Very helpful and friendly staff! Nice views from the rooftop terrace. Close to beach. Comfortable rooms. Great to have a jacuzzi on the rooftop, but the jets need to be repaired. "

"Lovely hotel. However need to maintain the pool area before it starts to get too worn (wooden steps are flaking). Sunbeds very uncomfortable. Air con not great and fridge didn’t work in room even though we reported this several times. Location great in terms of beach. Would like to of had more information on where to get food from in terms of restaurants."

"A true wildernesses, amazing geology but with high winds not great for swimming. There is nothing but sand dunes and sea, the nearest town in half an hour away mostly down unmade, unsignposted roads and not to be tackled at night. Once you get in to it this is really a break from the modern world, remote, beautiful and relaxing"

"So disappointed: 1. Not enough su beda and people reserving them for HOURS and never actually using them. Change your hotel policy so sun beda cant be reserved. Simple. 2. Food was awful. Edible but just such poor quality. Clesrly clrners have been cut to keep costs down. Such a shame. 3. No smoke alarms in rooms and all the fkre extinquishers we saw were completely rushed anf useless. Not great at all! 4. Music by the pool.
