" Very quite and comfortable and wonderful views. If you want to disconnect this is the place. There are no atm's in the town so bring cash, most places do not take credit cards or debit cards. There are little to no tourists brush up on your Spanish or have google translate. English is not spoken. Enjoyed this town for a couple of days and would definitely return."

"Beautiful property and villas, staff is amazing. Only thing lacking was in room dining options (though I suppose most people don’t use this service as you are in paradise and why get room service) and the food at the on site restaurant was good but not 5 star good. The best part was the VIP transfer to and from the airport. Eliminating waiting in lines is priceless!"

"When we arrived I am pretty sure our room wasn’t cleaned. The cleaners arrived shortly after our arrival and there was a huge difference in the way the room smelled. "The hotel is situation in a nice, quiet marina area. There are multiple restaurants and activities within a short walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and welcoming. I was able to manage well with only knowing a little Spanish. The staff was patient with me and there was someone on site that could speak English. The drinks and breakfast were delicious. We only had one issue with the hot water being out, but this was fixed rather quickly by the staff. "

"The resort is quiet, not crowded. Alvi, the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The young lady that worked at the pool side yard was friendly and attentive to the all the customers. The young man 3:30pm Bingo games was funny and interactive. The food was ok. The breakfast was the same throughout our stay. Housekeeping would come at odd hours often times we were back from an excursion when the housekeeper would come to clean. We cancel the room cleaning several times as we were tired...

"Clean! No kids is amazing. Amazing service, someone always came by asking if we wanted food or drinks. It gets difficult to get a chair with an umbrella by the pool after 10 AM. "Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return.
