"The property manager was super responsive via text and even got us into our room early after a tour was moved to later in the day. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious! It’s located in the heart of downtown. You park on the street but the boat pays for it. We were left a beautiful bottle of wine upon arrival and given a gorgeous full breakfast delivered to our room the next day! Wow! I wish all stays were this indulgent! "

"We enjoyed the Gran Reserva Suite as it was spacious and we particularly liked the comfortable bed and the ability to walk everywhere. The local free parking was close and easy to use.
