Right in the shopping area and only a few hundred yards from the harbour, we found the hotel comfortable and very good value for money, the staff were very pleasant although they couldn’t speak, much English but this didn’t detract from our stay. Nice room, clean sheets etc ,aircon, outside nice garden where we breakfasted. Parking tricky but not impossible.

Good communication from the owner and a warm welcome on arrival. Clean and spacious room for 4. An oasis of quiet and calm in a busy tourist resort. Close to the castle and good restaurants and bars.

You are not allowed to speak in the green garden so totally useless. Moody staff are warning you even you are speaking low. If you are going to out and come in late it is problem because whole hotel is locked in the night and you have to call owner or staff to unlock the hotel door.

Good location excellent service
I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a simple, no-frills place. It is small, cozy, very clean and strategically located smack in the center of the partying area and yet very quiet and secluded. The inner garden is great for breakfasts or romantic drink with your half. excellent value for the price. But the best feature of this place, the gem and pearl is the staff of this place. They literally treat you like a part of their family, they do everything to accommodate your every whim.

nice hotel in a good location
nice place and good breakfast. away from main roads. only issue was mine room was near the breakfast area so and a walkway inside the hotel so you hear a lot of movement or talking in the morning.

The location is good and there is parking. The guy working at the reception (not family member) pretends not to understand anything - he is lazy and does not even volunteer to help with luggage or in any way. The bathroom is tiny - barely any place to shower. The AC was not cooling - upon inspection the filter was so dirty. but even after we cleaned the filter the AC was not working at all. Garden area which looks so nice in the pictures is overgrown and unkempt. Breakfast was minimum. The man who owns the hotel seemed like a nice and friendly person.

Basic but comfortable & clean, friendly & helpful.
Family who run hotel are very friendly, and helped me when I lost my wallet. Within a day of biblical flooding which submerged the garden, they had it cleared and were serving breakfast out there as if nothing had happened. The room was a little basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Bodrum bus station and the same from the sea front.

We stayed for a couple of nights in Bodrum. The hotel was not fancy but was fine. The garden was lovely. Easy walk to port etc.
