"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. "From start to finish the experience was great,great check in, beautiful rooms,very comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast in the morning was great you could have anything you wanted and it was delicious, check out easy the hotel also looked after our cases while we went shopping, the location for the hotel was very central to night life shopping great restaurants and activities, with this in mind the hotel was cery quiet at night which was great fir a good night sleep, so all in all a excellent hotel."
