Maravilhoso!!!!!!!!!! Instalações antigas e mal conservadas, sem oferecer qualquer diferencial para o preço cobrado. Café da manhã simples, sem nenhum diferencial. Tudo é pago a parte (é bem caro), inclusive para se acessar a vista dos cânions que ficam no interior da propriedade. Ou seja, além do alto custo da estadia comparado com outros hotéis com a mesma proposta, os hóspedes não tem nem mesmo a vantagem de acessar os pontos panorâmicos sem pagar ainda mais caro por isso. Academia ruim, áreas de piscina e sauna antigas, mal conservadas, pequenas e sem estrutura de apoio. Com chuva, não existem outras atividades de entretenimento no hotel, nem mesmo para crianças…. Todos ficam sem opção! Definitivamente, não vale o custo x beneficio. Existem outras opções melhores e mais baratas na região.

Apesar de ser uma área bem exclusiva, na minha opinião não vale o que se paga pela estadia e ainda por cima quase todos os passeios na propriedade são pagos por fora, sem contar na questão do clima que precisa de sorte para não chegar lá e pegar neblina impossibilitando desfrutar a visa. Na minha opinião razoável e o preço está situado em um nível muito acima.

Lugar bonito, pegadinha do malandro.
Gostei das instalações, café da manhã bom, restaurante a noite muito bom (meio caro). Pontos negativos: atendimento da recepção péssimo, pessoas mal treinadas e parece que estão te fazendo um favor. Pedi uma comida e demorou mais de 1 hora pra fazer e não tinha quase ninguém no Hotel. Tudo é pago a parte, o que torna o local inviável. Não recomendo para quem vai com crianças, não tem nenhuma atividade para elas. No geral, custo-benefício péssimo, não recomendo.

Um paraíso na serra catarinense
Estadia perfeita. Hotel com excelente estrutura e atendimento. Chale com vista para o lago. Parecia um sonho. Piscina aquecida externa com borda infinita parecia um daqueles hoteis nos alpes suíços. O atendimento de excelência: queria uma massagem relaxante e foram buscar a massagista na cidade só para me atender. A massagem vale muito a pena, é feita num chale incrível envidraçado com vista para um jardim com mini cachoeira o que torna a experiência ainda mais relaxante!
