The property spans 2 acres, and no one lives on-site. With a population of just 900, the township is very small and quiet. The tiny house and garden are enclosed by a solid 3-meter fence, offering complete privacy from the road.

Our comfortable accommodation of approx. 139-square feet provides easy access to water, split air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchenette, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower for a refreshing experience.

Other Things to Note:
- No BBQ grill and no fire pits
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- Children are not allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please do not enter the container sheds per the land host's request
- Keep the bathroom fan on when using the shower to reduce condensation
- Smoking or starting any campfires/BBQ grills are NOT allowed on the property at any time
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- If you plan to go bushwalking or bike riding, we advise guests to bring their walking shoes and bikes. Please contact the land host 24 hrs before in advance

- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- Please note South Gippsland can be subject to extreme weather conditions throughout the year. Kindly check with your host through text or phone and familiarise the local conditions via Weather app or VIC Emergency app
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
