"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. House keeping did a great job each day. Beautiful views from balcony. Full access to the beach. Convenient proximity to airport, restaurants & beaches. Le Gosier is definitely the place to stay. Our only main issue was the lack of WiFi connection. There was no WiFi in the room. NONE AT ALL. And very limited internet access around the property. "

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. In our room: No light bulbs in a floor lamp; Balcony sliding door could not lock; Safe not working due to dead and corroded batteries; Keycard not working, had to use physical key; Only one bedside lamp worked.
