The staff in the restaurant and bar absolutely brilliant and very friendly and helpful. The Room was not great radiator switch had broken of so it was so hot, but they did fix it that morning, the bed was so comfortable.

Lovely clean rooms. Nice cosy bar and restaurant setting. The only negative comment would be the breakfast which was not of good quality and not much warm alternatives for a vegetarian.

Great hotel, poor restaurant, eat elsewhere.
Hotel is lovely, really nice rooms and great hotel staff who are always happy to help. Restaurant was really bad. Restaurant staff unfriendly and not helpful. Avoid the food and drinks. Table next to us also complained about their drink.

A few points but in nice Area and nice food
Stay for to nights with my wife breakfast was really nice and good value for money Stay in a Double standard room bath needs upgrading room was very clean well do chamber maids mattress was very soft not for me and need more pillows.good to see a kettle and brew kit could do with a small fridge nice to see air dryer and ironing board nice be Tv with was nice to see

The location is good, however, the onsite parking is expensive and awkward to use. I requested a room away from road noise. Room 91 is on the 4th floor and exposed to traffic on the carriageway adjacent to the property. The room was well appointed. With ample heat, however flies were unsettling. The onclusive breakfast was poor. All staff were lovely - however it was a dissapointing stay.

Lovely getaway style hotel, we stayed in a deluxe room which was lovely, clean airy and fresh. The spa was great (the main reason why we chose this hotel) had a very relaxing time, we had an issue at the hotel which was out of their control but Sam on reception swiftly dealt with it, we ate in the restaurant before we left for me the food was over priced and not that great quality however everyone has different taste when it comes to food, but apart from that we will be returning to this hotel…

The property is in the perfect location, in town and on the beach. Our room was spacious clean/tidy in all respects. All the staff we interacted with....at breakfast, at dinner the lounge/bar as well as on the front desk were amazing. We had booked 2 nights and decided to stay another night, because it was such a nice place.

Overall stay was ok, it’s a perfect location and a lovely hotel, buffet breakfast is fab. We stayed for 2 nights but had them on separate bookings, advised the receptionist when we checked in and we were advised that they had tallied them together and we can stay in the same room. On our 2nd day after going for a walk we couldn’t get in our room so had to go to the reception to get the room key activated again! Also we had put the sign on the door to say we didn’t need cleaners that day, twice they just walked into the room, one was the cleaner and the other one just came in to say we should have checked out by now! Bit of a shambles really and the sign that we put on the door offered a discount in the restaurant if you didn’t need cleaners, never did get the discount!
