"Very professional and friendly greeting, appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Spacious and comfortable room with lovely en suite. Comfy large bed. Breakfast was extra but very good value for both continental and cooked choices. Did have an issue with electrics in the room but there is only so much staff can do until electrician can call. Great location for Pavilion. "

"Good hotel as a base for visiting the area. Cleanliness was good and the staff were helpful. The decoration was quirky but ok. £10 per day to park was a bit steep. Our room was a bit cold and there were no instructions for the heating control."

"Lovely hotel, great staff, good facilities, wish we had booked an afternoon tea as it looked amazing! Beds comfy, rooms decent, breakfast luke warm if you arrived after 9am, plenty of Choice. The only disappointing fact which was no fault of the hotel, was the neighbouring rooms waking us up at 6am and being able to hear every conversation, and even when they used the bathroom - could def use soundproofing. Other than that, would happily book again. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was we'll stocked and enjoyable. The swimming pool was closed but fortunately we were able to walk to the hotel next-door and use their swimming pools. The Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities would have been very welcome, if only they were working! The room that we had on the same level as the reception wasn't great, as we didn't have any kind of view from the window. We were offered another room but declined it, as it was even less suitable...
