"I was so comfortable here that I really hated leaving to return home. First, the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Second, the breakfast was great and had a good variety of choices to create a full breakfast and then some. It was clean and smelled nice. Third, the location was perfect: easy walking distance to trains, buses, taxis always there, the theatres, Covent Garden (fabulous), landmarks, restaurants and many stores including grocery express and some clothing stores. The only drawback was that there was not a socket to plug my hair dryer and flat iron in in the bathroom - even with the adapter. In the room there are charging ports, some international sockets and American appliance sockets. Haxell's the internal restaurant was awesome. Joe Allens - a theatre themed restaurant has an entrance into the hotel. "

"For a traveler based in LONDON i think you'd be hard pressed to beat this location. The hotel has a back door which enters right into Victoria train station and the Victoria tube is across from the station. The hotel is about two/three blocks in distance from the plays Wicked and Hamilton. It's less than a miles walk from the 'changing of the guard' at Buckingham. The hop-on-off-bus stop is in front of the hotel. Their are decent and quick eateries everywhere. The only negative would be the tub/shower. The tub is simply too narrow to comfortably stand and shower. So the safe bet is a bath."

"The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"

"Very nice vibe, with an attentive staff. Don't miss the amazing breakfast -- not just classic English, but everything from fresh guacamole and terrific scrambled eggs, to smoked salmon, great croissants, and fresh London bagels. Terrific stay."

"A lovely hotel located a short walk from Waterloo station. The view from our hotel room was amazing both at night and the morning of what is now a stunning high rise skyline of Vauxhall with the train tracks in front of. With the windows closed you wouldn't know that there were trains that close (we were 10th floor). The staff were helpful, the room clean and modern and the reception area the same."
