"The staff were great and Roy, the manager, was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room (suite) was wonderful and had all the amenities we could want. The property is located in a quiet section only a block or so away from many restaurants and shopping. Transportation by bus was nearby and the trains were within a short bus ride. We would gladly stay there again."

"We were pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely stay. Good nights sleep, quiet and safe. It does need updating but it was clean and comfortable. Shame pool and gym is only open in the morning. We couldn't go after checkinh in. 20 min walk to town. Not so bad for the price. "

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

The whole place needs a deep clean, filthy oven, cooker hood (sticky with grease) and fridge, food left in freezer, dirty cutlery in drawer, dirty shower. No tea spoons and only 1 desert spoon and 1 serving spoon (for up to 4 people). 2 large plates, 3 wine glasses, 1 tumbler. Dirty cupboards. The drawers in the bedroom were unusable due to being full of bedding as was 1/2 the wardrobe. The heating is controlled by owner and I had to...

"This beautiful spacious property was perfect for our stay in Cheltenham. The tastefully decorated lounge is beautiful and just enticed you in to sit and relax on the sumptuous sofa’s and comfy chairs. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was really helpful and friendly. It’s close to the town centre but very quiet. We will definitely come back again. "

"The place was located in a beautiful quiet country area. The welcome and accommodation was beautiful. Tre did advise that the fridge freezer was a little noisy and suggested it be turned off at night which we did however the water recycling system was a little noisy too but other than that, an excellent stay. "Just a lovely little cottage as advertised, in a super convenient location. Everything was available within a short walk from the cottage. It served as a great base from which to explore other nearby villages and attractions, some even within walking distance using the trail whose access was literally behind the cottage.
