Commune with Nature!
We loved the look and feel of the cabin. It was cozy and we really loved having a fire on those cool, early spring nights. We enjoyed seeing wild turkeys, deer, chipmunks, & squirrels. The Tunnel of Trees was beautiful! Unfortunately we didn't find any Petoskey stones. Maybe next year. The only tiny downside was the traffic noise during the daytime. But we would definitely want to rent this property again!

Rustic cabin in a beautiful area
The cute little cabin on a large lot was very comfortable for two. It has a rustic, historical feel. Easy for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The local wild turkeys and deer came to visit while we enjoyed the firepit. Close to Harbor Springs and Petosky.

picturesque and cozy
my three best friends and myself traveled up to harbor springs after two of them ran the bayshore marathon. the cabin smelled incredible when we walked in, and provided so many opportunities to get solid r&r. the area is beautiful and there's tons of space to play games, build a fire, and enjoy the property as well as a cozy living room with lots of games to connect with each other. due to its authenticity, prepare yourself for sound/voices easily carrying through the home! that being said, it didn't affect our stay in any negative way in the slightest. wonderful stay :).

Nice location-run down cabin
Rundown, 1 dishtowel for 5 nights, pot and pans scratched and rusty, only 1 usable. Handmade doors would not shut, latches cheap and didn't work, can't shut bedroom door-stovetop dangerous with 2 of the knobs broken, others taped on, couldn't tell if the gas was on or off-very dangerous!! Very soiled and worn out couch, chairs, table. Rummage sale rejects! Cabin next to intersection-noisy. Bathroom shelves are pieced together, stained 2x4's. Dirty rugs thru out. Too bad because the property is large with nice trees and birds. Very good for birding and walking.

Beautiful Property
Just returned from a long ski weekend using this place as home base. It was amazing. The place is spotless clean (which is saying a lot for a cabin in the woods!). We saw deer on or near the place each night and the view to the lake was awesome. Fireplace was cozy & warm. Skiing was great too. What a great retreat. Hoping we can make it back!

Amazing Location and Clean Property
One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The size of this cabin was pleasantly surprising. Clean, clean, clean which is SO important for us. And the wood-burning fireplace was so cozy on our winter ski trip! Plus, you can't beat the views of Lake Michigan out the front windows. Thanks so much for the stay - we'll be back!
