Modern studio with sun terrace in a large garden

Apartamento Alegre is located in Santo Espírito. It was newly built in 2016 as an independent extension to our house and has a size of approx. 23 m² with shower room and private terrace. The equipment with solid wood furniture handmade on the island gives a feeling of security. A mini kitchen with 2 hot plates, sink and refrigerator as well as small kitchen equipment allows you to prepare breakfast or small dishes.
The house is surrounded by a 7,000 m² garden in which oranges, lemons, guavas, persimmons and many other fruit trees and vegetables grow. It also blooms everywhere, because flowers are my passion.
From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the landscape around Santo Espírito and partly to the sea on the horizon.
It is only a few minutes drive to Praia Formosa, the most beautiful sandy beach in the Azores, the beautiful sea swimming pool of Maia and the picturesque bay of Sao Lourenço, or you can hike to these beautiful places. There are beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
