"It was surprise ski weekend for my husband with friends and we had a great time at the cabin! The hot tub was a hit and kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with the cot and a toilet but the hosts were able to come out and fix both on the 2nd day. The place is supposed to be ski in ski out, but we were never able to figure out how to get to the hill from the cabin. May have been because the snow was light but If that's a priority for you, know there is still a bit of a hike to get there....

"The cabin was unclean. Cobwebs everywhere dead flowers in a vase near the kitchen. All four corner of the shower had large cob webs in them. Dead bugs in the bathroom sink. AND THE SMELL!!! Mold or mildew or just plain gross! If the cabin had been sanitary all be it small it would have been an enjoyable stay. The host who lives 20 feet from the front door has "junk" piled up between the buildings. Surprised VRBO put their name to this cabin."

"Cabin is immaculate, very well appointed, decor is just lovely....no deer heads on these walls! Comfortable beds, plenty of soft towels and extra pillows/blankets. Nice firepit right beside the river, saw the northern lights our first night! Larry is an excellent host! Stopped in to introduce himself and give a quick walk through of the cabin. He even brought us a pile of firewood! Us girls were on a color tour weekend, and the cabin is very centrally located. Enjoyed the apple festival in...

"We loved this cabin in the woods! The fall colors were amazing, the home was well maintained and had many amenities including local coffee :) The host was easy to communicate with via email and instructions were clear. Close to trails, golf, downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey and the Tunnel of Trees. Great backyard for bonfires and grilling. Would definitely stay here again!"
