"Easy free parking, waterside location, nice room, good breakfast, good access to South Downs and coast. The only thing I would suggest to improve is that swimming pool water is hot, comfortable for old people getting in but makes actual swimming for exercise sluggish."

"My mother and I stayed in one of the twin rooms. We where greeted at reception by Gracie, who was delightful, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. Later on the evening Josseb, was very helpful in explaining and downloading Uber onto my mobile, no task or request was ever to much trouble. The dining, again all the staff are so happy and helpful, my mother was made to feel very comfortable and special. Our twin room was gorgeous, fantastic bed, crisp white linen, a fridge and safe too. All very clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommended to all our friends and family, and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone. June."

"Very good communication with reception when we phoned to let them know of our likely late arrival due to a motorway closure. Check in absolutely fine. Very happy to find the free Tesla Destination chargers, so a full battery in the morning. Nice bar (usual slightly high hotel prices) and a pretty good breakfast buffet."
