Perfect!
Very nice little place that was a great location, it was very clean the bed was so soft and comfortable and the room temperature was perfect (COLD!). It was in the upper 90's and so refreshing to come back to. Front porch is amazing to watch the sunrise.

historic location in the heart of downtown Branson
To refute someone's previous review our A/C worked great in hot July! A little road noise we later attributed to a car show in the area but otherwise a nice quiet location. Within walking distance of The Landing and historic downtown Branson. Easy reserved parking in the back of the hotel. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Like a sauna but with cold water
Room was so hot every night that I couldn’t sleep even with the windows open. Only had enough hot water each morning for about 5-10 minutes and then it turned ice cold
