"The cabin is nicely situated next to a stream, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect. We never drove more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go, from mountain hikes to downtown strolls. Highly recommend this place for your Breck adventure. One final note, it's rare to find a vacation rental with such comfortable beds!!"

"The home was cozy and comfortable in a convenient location. Very quiet in the evenings and felt private even though the homes are close together. David, our host, was extremely responsive to our needs. The loft area provided extra sleeping space (all the beds were very comfortable), and the kitchen was well-stocked with an especially nice selection of teas. "

"We had THE BEST, most relaxing weekend at this property! Being here during the fall allowed us to kick back and not have a care in the world. "Pictures do not give you the overall condition of the property. Toilet seat lid hinge was broken. Two drawers broken, so couldn’t use for clothes. Ceiling fan didn’t work. There’s a sewer type smell in the kitchen area. The couch should be replaced as the cushions have no support. If the owner would spend a little money on upkeep, this cabin may be worth it. I do not believe VRBO should represent this property until these issues are fixed."

"Porch was nice, although very cluttered. The 'rug' had a tendency to flip up in the wind. Some light switches didn't do anything in the living room - they definitely didn't turn on the lights. Living room fan had exposed wires and wasn't adjustable. 'Hallway' rug had to rubber underneath it so every step was a slippery disaster waiting to happen.
