LIVING ROOM
The living room features a gorgeous and comfortable ten-seater leather couch, an oversized gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV above it. The TV and sound are all centrally controlled with a KEF system, for reliable and seamless connectivity. You'll see the doors to the main level deck, with high windows throughout. The view from here is incredible: you have a beautiful backyard, and at the edge, a hiking/skiing trail. You'll also see a staircase that leads down to the hot tub deck. The main deck has plenty of seating: four couches, one of which is situated in front of an outdoor gas fireplace, as well as two lounge chairs, two deck chairs, and a dining set for eight. There is also a large gas grill.
KITCHEN
The kitchen appliances are new and state-of-the-art. All cooking, serving, and dining needs are stocked. The oversized refrigerator and walk-in pantry have plenty of room, whether you're in charge of cooking, or inviting a private chef to take care of a meal. Neatly stacked to the left of the fridge are the microwave, a steam oven, and food warmer, all Wolff. There is a six-burner gas stove with a griddle, above two ovens. The large kitchen island has two full sinks and plenty of storage. There is a built-in coffee bar for immediate single serve with a variety of options, as well as a regular drip coffee maker, along with all of the small appliances you need: crockpot, blender, food processor, and mixer. There are a total of eight bar seats in the kitchen, grouped into four. The countertops are unique, and even light up from within.
DINING
The dining room has seating for twelve, and the table itself is a work of art. The room is surrounded by tall windows with views of the mountains and the woods in your backyard.

The primary bedrooms are located on the main level and the top level of the home. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor.

A dedicated in-home bar is available on the ground floor. This space is off the second living room and has 5 seats at the bar and plenty of seating on the wrap around couch.

Directly in front of the downstairs bar is the second living area in the home. This living area includes a large wrap around couch enough to seat everyone in your party, a large flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and a Packman game. There is also an entrance to the ground level patio in this room.
