"Partial view of the Inner Harbour. Hotel is very dated. Heard peoples converations from other rooms due to thin walls. The water temperature flactuated while showering so shckingly got scalded a few times . Complimentary breakfast was really good and staff were friendly. Good location."

"All the elevators were broken so had to take 10 flights of stairs to my floor with my bags in tow. I was told it would be fixed in 40 minutes but they stayed down for the whole stay. "

"Yes thanks you guys for a nice stay at the hotel. Everything promised was delivered. This is a great location if you want to visit the James Bay area of Victoria. Super close to ferry , Harbour air , water taxi etc etc. whale watching. Its about $70 taxi ride from the main airport. All very nice we were happy in this very quite hotel !"
