"Visited for the eras tour and was very impressed with the amount of organization and communication surrounding the entire weekend. Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Restaurant in the lobby served amazing food. Location was fantastic, right downtown and everything was in walking distance. On our check out day, we had a late departure time and the front desk let us store our luggage after check out so we didn’t have to carry it around. Overall highly recommend this hotel! "

"Had a great stay, only draw back is the parking is 45.00plus taxes and tourism tax, so over $50.00 a day that I was not told on arrival. There is a sign at garage entrance that max charge for overnight would be $40.00, not correct . The stay and view was amazing and the staff and text messaging for amenities was on point. Would stay again for the view of the falls. "
