"The property maintenance seems to be slipping. We have stayed here many times over the years and the condition was always crisp and a well maintained property. This visit the pool area had a hole in the ceiling, there were no pool towels and the pool area was littered with used and dirty towels. The heat in the room was inconsistent and we had to crank it to warm the room to a point of being uncomfortable if we wanted heat. The staff was wonderful and helpful. "

"Really liked the pool, hot tub, workout room and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and quiet except when the heating unit came on. It made a very loud noise. Would definitely come back."
