"This hotel was amazing. Very classy, clean & the rooms are not closet sized which I find too often is the case in London. The bed was an American full size bed & the room was great. Walk in shower was clean & modern. There is a nice nook with a small fridge, water, a kettle, tea-bags & coffee pods for the nespresso type machine. It was all great. My only complaint is there were not enough hangers for my clothes. Great place to stay. Close to Buckingham Palace & literally steps from Victoria Rail Station and the Victoria line tube. "

"Had a great one night stay, perfect location and excellent value for such a central hotel in London. Reception and concierge staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade from the most basic level room to a suite which was a lovely gesture. Very comfortable bed and lovely crisp bedding, gorgeous bathroom with Molton Brown products. The hotel is replacing one of its main elevators and it looked like the other had been recently replaced, this didnt affect our stay in any way, and we never waited for the one working lift. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Easy location with good connections to transport and attractions. Property itself had a slightly strange reception and catering layout spread across the ground and first floors, but the staff were extremely helpful and the room was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings"
