"J aurais aimé avoir un questionnaire en français .... j'ai noté qu'il vaut mieux résever directement a l hotel plutot que de passer par une plateforme tres impersonnel et mécanique ; alors qu'à l hotel, le personnel de l'accueil voir la responsable, vous écoute fait au mieux pour régler votre souci toujours avec compétence, patience et sourire . Je recommande cet établissement ."

"The ocean view makes up for any shortcomings, however the shower hose is awkard and only gives a relatively low pressure. There's an accessible lift to avoid the steps if you have a pushchair, wheelchair or heavy luggage but noone expains that this in in the basement area so you end up lifting heavy luggage up steps and slopes. Lovely pots have no plants in, so creates a neglected first impression and there's no bedside tables. "
