You'll have access to the HOT TUB, SAUNA, GAME ROOM and other community amenities along with complimentary underground parking and free firewood. Relax after a long day on the mountain around the wood-burning fireplace watching your favorite movie or show on the HDTV. Book your trip to Brian Head Basecamp today!

4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
-No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
-No pets allowed
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 6 guests
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.

-NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

Great annual Ski Trip
This was the first time staing in this proporty. My family has had seveal ocations to stay in the Giant Steps building on other trips. The location was roomy and well furnished.
