We also did not know there are 32 flights of stairs to go up to the entrance into Condo…no elevator… this was not indicated in the description of property. The only TV that worked was the one in living room. The “Clean Lint” light on the dryer stays on even when the lint filter is clean, which is concerning. The condo was clean except for dust on the ceiling fans and some cobwebs in the very high ceilings. It...

"The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom."
