"Staff is very friendly. It was clean but very old for a Hilton. The AC to the gym never worked and for the quality it seems overpriced buybinthinknits bc it's close to the ski resort. It definitely needs to be more updated . Overall, it's just ok when I compare to other Hilton's. Usually other Hilton's have a special lounge with appetizers and drinks for Gold members but this one doesn't. "

"The room was very small yet comfortable. Bathroom was very tight. Very little space to put things. The bed was very soft and cozy. However there was a dead bug squished in The curtains. Cookies and hot chocolate were a nice touch and a wine tasing with great cheese was a special treat. The entrance to the Billings farm was free because we stayed at the Inn. Nice touch."

"We stayed 2 nights on Thanksgiving we were visiting family nearby. TOTR served our needs perfectly! It was clean, warm and friendly. Not fancy, not expensive at all, we just slept there. It was a mile from my brother's house. I forgot my ice/snow brush for the car and by morning, we had several inches on the ground. The woman at the front desk loaned me a broom and even ran out to help me clean the car. It was a great stay, I am glad we found Turn of the River."

"This is a very convenient location. There is a grocery store across the street and the shops of Woodstock are a 5 minute walk. I also appreciate how the staff worked with my recent knee injury. They got me a downstairs room with a walk-in shower so I could avoid further injury. An excellent stay overall!"

"We were there for two nights, so three calendar days, and the only elevator was out of service the entire time. We were there with extended family. Fortunately, the one family member who really can’t use stairs had a first floor room. I heard other people asking to be switched to first floor rooms. One person was able to switch and the next person was told that the front desk person needed to see if it would be possible. The hotel should really alert people if there is no functioning elevator...

"I didn't realize it was a bed & breakfast when I reserved our room (my mistake), but it was fine. I'm handicapped and had to go up steps in the old home with my luggage (obviously, no elevator). While the room was small and a bit cramped for us, it was nice, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Again, this is not a knock on the property. It was very quaint. Just my mistake for not realizing exactly what I was booking."
