"Beautifully Articulated Character in the original craftsmanship, detail, ambiance. The view was spectacular with breathtaking scenery. Very clean, pleasant, inspiring ones creativity within yhemselves in a relaxed, cozy setting. Very polite staff, very comfortable for those seeking traditional hospitality and politeness. Very fortunate to have stumbled upon such a landmark of history."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly. The only issue I had was the food. It was very expensive and just very disappointing. They could do so much better. I will definitely be back, but I will travel off site and eat elsewhere. "

"We had a room with 2 king beds. It was Very spacious with a second level with one bed, bathroom and seating area that our teenage daughter claimed. The kitchen area was more than sufficient. The only thing lacking was a view of the Lake. Great space. "

"This was a last minute 1 night boking and the room was just right for our needs. Disappointed that due to a small number of guests, management decided to not offer a hot breakfast (eggs etc). However, there was cereal, toast, waffles, yoghurt and plenty of coffee."
