The bed was not very comfortable. When my fiancé or I turned over in bed, the mattress springs would make a loud "boing" type of noise. The room smelled kind of musty and the bathroom could use some updating. The indoor pool was ok, needs some renovations & repairs and 2 women WOULD NOT get out of the hot tub so we couldn't use it at all. The breakfast was decent, better than what most places offer for free. Overall, we had no issues and for the price I'd say we got our $$ worth.

This property has so much potential to be a real classy place. While rooms meet the bare minimum regarding cleanliness, the property could use a real deep clean and carpet replacement. The shower spout didn’t have any caulking to connect the spout to the shower resulting in the piping being exposed. The pool also needs a good cleaning and new lining. The continental breakfast is rather basic. If the owners invested a little money in the property to revamp it the property has a lot of potential to be a really nice hotel.

Outstanding experience, indoor pool/hot tub was nice- pool in need of some cosmetic repair; but very clean and working well. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Phenomenal continental breakfast that was well stocked. Room was clean and large for the decent price. Great scenery behind hotel looking to the mountains. They have a playground outdoors for the kids (although it was snowing so I couldn't use it, looked in nice shape). Game room and gym looked great. 5 mins away from downtown Lancaster where you can do some shopping and there are some solid restaurants. We were up from MA to go to Santas Village, which was about 3 mins away. Storyland is close too- so lots of kids/families staying. Overall very happy we chose this hotel, and will stay again when we come back to NH this summer for Storyland

Property was perfect for our family. They had an indoor pool and game room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. About a 10min ride to Santa’s Village. Great for a weekend getaway.

Simple upkeep is lacking. Particularly in spots like the pool stairs (looked incredibly dirty). But has all of the basic amenities anyone would need. Breakfast, pool, game room (bring quarters), playground, a beautiful Mountain View…it’s nostalgia to much simpler times.

When we got there, the hotel was all decorated for Halloween. It was very welcoming. The staff was nice. The room was beautiful and clean. The continental breakfast had make your own waffles, bagels, English muffins, eggs, bacon, cereal, muffins, fruit, danishes, oatmeal, yogurt, Juices and their coffee was pretty delicious. Their Hot tub was nice and hot and their Pool was the perfect temperature. Looking out back over the beautiful view a wonderful perk. We stayed here for our wedding and I’m glad that we picked this hotel! Definitely would go back if we were in the area again
