"I stayed here for a week and would have liked this to be a 5 star review. The hotel is beautiful and well situated. My room was spacious and well-appointed. I’ve given the staff 3 stars. They are courteous, pleasant, and speak excellent English. Sadly, they often seemed to have difficulty getting things done. For example, one of the sliding doors on my wardrobe jammed. I couldn’t get to my clothes. I asked 3 times over a period of 18 hours for this to be fixed, but it wasn’t. The next day,...

"The hotel was quaint, cute and good value for money; with the character of the building retained. The staff were friendly and were happy to accommodate an early check in! Breakfast was nice - with a good range of options - overall good value for money! P.s the bar/pub opposite is a good place to check out some traditional Czech food! Beware of the large portions though! "
