"I booked 2 rooms , 1 of them for my 17 yr old granddaughter, i did ask if we could have rooms close , but 1 was on the top one was on the ground floor , when we walked into my granddaughters it smelt wonderful and was nice and clean , but when we went up to ours it smelt of stale cigarettes, was awful i opened both windows , the shower made such a awful noisy, the quilts were made for summer so we all were so very cold , i was very disappointed, was ok for the one night , if we were staying...

"If I could rate our stay 10000/10 I would. Staff friendliness and kindness went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was impressive and the bed made us feel like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was lovely as well. Also it’s a 15 minute walk to Burley Village.
