We had a brilliant tour with a NT volunteer guide who really knew his stuff so learnt a lot about life in the 16th century onwards, the family who lived there and the castle itself - very well worth a visit.

Very comfortable and charming hotel. Staff were warm, curtious and very welcoming.
Ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, both were excellent.

A wonderful one night stay. Very nice accommodations and extremely convenient if you’re taking a boat cruise of Loch Ness and to Urquardt Castle.
