"Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were lacking. Had to get more clean towels on our own and had to find staff to help. Cost of the stay was pricey considering other hotels provided better services. Hotel was very clean and modern but the room was small. No extra blankets and no coffee in the room or microwave and the ice machine was at the lobby check-in. I guess we were to spend time in the casino instead of our room. "

"Great hotel, parking is a hassle. I brought ny Harley on a small M/C trailer. They wouldn’t allow me to park my trailer in the off site parking lot. I was forced to find parking elsewhere, which caused issues during my stay. Hotel staff was awesome. Hotel is old, but that is why we stay there, for the history that is. Not a good hotel for Sturgis or anyone trailering a bike. "

"The SpringHill Suites is part of the Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort. It does have its own lobby/breakfast space and it's own underground parking. Our room was large and well cared for. Our view of the side of the hill behind the hotel was uninspiring, but the room would've seemed claustrophobic without a window. We used many of our perqs including the dining and drink discounts. "
