"The customer service is terrible! It took an hour to check in after I drove four hours to get there. The hotel clerk was very unprofessional and not very helpful at all. My sheets on my bed had cigarette burns on them. There were used water bottles on top of the counter. The room did not smell clean so I decided to go buy bleach to wipe the room down. I was never informed that the hotel was under renovations, everything was a mess. NEVER AGAIN! "

"Superb location. Very nice rooms with ample space and great decor. Friendly and responsive staff. There were a couple items that kept it from 5 star. The hotel hosts many outside events in their ballroom during the day and the only access is through the main lobby. Attendees walk through the small lobby area and right by all the guest sitting areas. Lots of commotion and disruption. A knowledgeable concierge to assist guests would be a help. They only have one king room with a handicap...

"We enjoyed our 2 nights at the Weston. They were undergoing renovations but it well away from our room. I didn’t like that we were expected to pay $10/a night for WiFi and $8 for a bottle of Fiji water!"

"It was very clean and customer service was good and breakfast was good and the lady that was helping in the kitchen was so nice and she kept the place well stock and the tables were clean and the floors ! The bedroom was very clean and the whole room was very very clean the bed was very very comfortable I slept so good!! "We stopped here overnight to break up a longer drive. Area is super convenient with lots of restaurants and stores. Staff were pleasant but fairly indifferent and the front desk was not manned when we arrived so we had to wait a bit to check in. Hotel is clean but starting to show signs of wear. Beds were ok, not great but not bad. I think it was good value for the money but I’m not wowed or saying I have to stay again. "
