"Very comfortable beds but it is an old building and they obviously have a problem with mould. There was evidence of damp and mould on the outside wall of the bedroom. Also there were no towel rails in the bathroom but as we were only staying one night it was ok."

"Another fabulous visit to The Spa. Unfortunately only two nights this year! All the building work has been completed and it’s a wow. Yet again the greatest asset of this hotel is its staff. "The only criticism we have got is the rooms were to hot no air conditioning we booked dinner on the Tuesday and was told to sit in the lounge and some one would come and take you to your table we waited until 8.45 and had to tell them we were still waiting for our table it seems they had forgot about us we didn’t get in until 9.00 the tables were in the bar when I went in to get a drink there was 3 empty tables this was at 8.10 apart from that the hotel is in a nice quite setting."
