"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. "The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. We did not rent a car and the apartment is about a mile from town. I would say you might want one if you want to be out late. The trail to town is rustic and not something you could do in the dark. It is very steep! The apartment was well equipped and we got groceries and made a lite dinner each...

"The Hotel Osteria della Pista was wonderful. Historic spot with very modern rooms. Restaurant was very good for dinner (make a reservation - busy on Sunday night). The breakfast was also very good. Shuttle to the airport was on time and very efficient. We walked from the train - find out exactly where you are going before heading out - especially in the dark. We had to do a little back tracking. The hotel will pick you up if arranged from the train - we should have done that. There was an elevator. And the staff where very helpful and welcoming. Thanks."

Great two nights stay.

"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for B&B hotels in other locations. "
