Amazing Stay for a family of 10!!
This was the perfect home for our group. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and used this home as our home base. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we really loved that a crib was provided for our grandson. So many places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms too for everyone to get ready at the same time! We would highly recommend this home and hope to be able to stay again if we’re in CStat/Bryan any time soon! The host was great to work with too…very friendly and answered questions in a timely manner!

We rented this propery for my daughter's Ring Day. It did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for our large family and everyone had a place to sleep. We wouldndefinitely stay here a million times over.

Wonderful place
We had the house for a long weekend to stay in for a wedding in the area and it was perfect. The house is very nice and clean and well taken care of, beautiful property and great little country area. Perfect for when we had a few people over for dinner that were in town for the wedding. Beautiful patio and outdoor area with plenty of seating. The owner/host was awesome. Very responsive, communicative and timely, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

We had several little ones and it was so helpful to have space where they could get all their energy out outside on the playground area and front driveway! This was the perfect place for a large group. It was suited to sleep 25 in actual beds… not couches or futons. Table service was great for a large group. Plenty of sheets and bedding. Beautiful outside space. The couple of things that came up were quickly taken care of.

Church Women's Retreat
The property was nice and clean. I loved that it was a single level property as there were elderly women in my group. Fred was very responsive. My only issue was that rollaway beds weren't in the description of beds, and with a group comprised of middle-aged to elderly women, i definitely wanted true beds for their comfort, even bunk beds would've been better, but we made it work and everyone enjoyed themselves. They spent a lot of time on the patio and swings even though it was hot outside, so that speaks volumes on the ambience of the outside.

A wonderful place for a large family of various ages. We had 20 adults and 4 children and there was never a lack of room. There are plenty of chairs on the patio for everyone to gather in the evening. The back yard is spacious with cornhole, horseshoes and baseball all day. The hot tub was a favorite place for the little ones. The hosts were incredible. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back.

This place was perfect for our rather large family. The little kids loved the playground, older kids loved the game room, all loved the backporch area and some even got in the hot tub. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed inside and outside time there. We visited Santa's Wonderland, that was only about a 20 minute drive from this property. A very memorable Christmas 2023 was made at Whoop Acres Ranch.

This was a great place for our large, diverse, 3 generation family. We even gave up one of our outings to “stay home” because the house was so comfortable and lots to do. The location felt very secluded, safe and quiet, but yet we were close to things we wanted to go do. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

90th Birthday Venue
Whoop Acres was the place we picked for our Matriarch's 90th birthday party. There couldn't have been a better place for it. As you can imagine, there were several walkers and a couple of wheel chairs at the party and the parking and the house accomodated them well. Our guests ranged in age from 4 months to 94 years. There were lots of good places for people to sit and eat indoors and out and room to add tables outside. The kitchen was well-stocked. We were able to pull off a full-fledged Texas barbecue, birthday cake and ice-cream bar (what is a Texas birthday without Blue Bell). We didn't need all of the beds, but there were enough to accommodate a very large group with a number of sleeping areas. For the baby, there was a crib, high chair booster seat and a baby monitor. There were several bathrooms and a master bedroom to rival most other rentals. There was something to do there for people of all ages -- well-stocked game room, several televisions, and the outdoor area had something for everyone. The kids especially enjoyed the grounds for sports. The greatest asset of this house was the hospitality of the owner. In my 10 years of using VRBO, I have never had this level of communication, friendliness, relatability, attention to detail, and kindness. Not only would we recommend the house, but even though we are local to the area, we would love to use it for family gatherings in the future. Five stars is not enough for this house.

Property was amazing. Had 12 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 kids stay in the house. Had another 10 adults and 6 kids over for dinner after the game on Saturday. Everyone had a great time and marveled about the wonderful place that we had found. Will definitely be returning. So much for the kids to do while the adults socialized.

We enjoyed the house so much and loved the decor! It was a perfect place for our family to all stay together for our son’s wedding weekend. The backyard was an ideal area for hosting the rehearsal dinner on Friday night. The little ones loved the playscape, swings and putting green (and so did the adults). We had plenty of room for the caterer to set up plus lots of space for extra tables, chairs, etc for approximately 40 guests. We loved that there were already string lights hanging under the porch as well as around the sitting area under the trees. It was beautiful! The house was fit our needs perfectly with plenty of comfy beds for my extended family. We had lots of space to spread out and were all so pleased with everything that was available to us. The owner met us there on Thursday at checkin to show us around. Such a nice welcome! Mr. Brown - Thank you again for allowing us to stay an extended weekend and enjoy the rental with our family! We would definitely love to stay here again sometime!

What can I say about our trip… I had my four kids and their kids and we had an amazing time being a family again for the four days we were there. The property was amazing and we didn’t leave for anything other than some groceries here and there. The land and space and all the amenities were well worth the money we paid. Annual Memorial Day Friends Weekend
We are a group of Aggies who love to get together during Memorial Day weekend. This is our 4th annual trip, and it was our best yet. WhoopAcres was the perfect place to stay. Our group included kids between the ages of 3-11 years old, and they never ran out of things to do. They played games in the game room, played on the playground, putt putted on the green, sang karaoke on the TVs, and the owners were sweet enough to let us rent a water slide for the kids to play on throughout the weekend. The adults played bags and washers, organized games of kickball in the backyard and bug hunting every morning, and enjoyed the swings by the fire pit— Not to mention the competitive board/card games, puzzles, and dominos that were enjoyed! The kitchen has everything you need plus things you didn’t know you needed, like the Margarita Machine. :) They have everything from pitchers for lemonade, to sheets and pans for cooking, to little things like fly swatters— they thought of it all. A great amount of activities to do!! The bedrooms are so comfortable and plentiful! — and there is a surplus of pillows, cots, and blankets to use. We absolutely loved our stay and appreciated the care the owners put forth during our stay. The communication was excellent. These Aggies will be back! Gig’em and thank you Mr. & Mrs. Brown for an awesome weekend wihh the friends!! ❤️
