"The front desk people are not welcoming or warm. I felt like I was bothering them when I asked about room service and even when I checked in and out. The valet people are super nice and helpful although I have a minor dent on my driver's side door. The room was very well decorated, the bed was comfortable. You can really tell that the hotel is animal friendly because theres no way they can get out all the dog hair. I was wearing black leggings one day and I noticed a lot of dog hair on them...

"I am so happy I read the reviews that if you book through expedia they will still try to charge your card full price instead of the regular room hold. I specially used a card with just enough transferred over and yep it declined b/c the front desk lady swiped for a full nights stay. The property is beautiful and very clean but please verify what amount they are charging for first. Either there needs to be more training or something fishy is going on... how does this happen several times?"
