"The pool room was warm, well stocked with towels, plenty of chairs and the water in the pool was comfortable to swim in. We stayed in February during a bitterly cold weekend and the pool room was like being outside on a warm summer day. The staff was outstanding. It will be our place to stay to help combat the extreme Buffalo winters."

"We stayed over to catch a 5:30 am flight out of the airport. The staff was super friendly, a nice bonus to keep the car at the hotel and shuttle over to the airport and coming back shuttle was there to pick us up. The night auditor was very sweet and drove us right to our car and made sure it started in the winter weather (1am). We would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a quick weekend stay in Buffalo for a bowling tournament. The hotel itself is convienet for airport travelers as it sets directly across the street. The staff was friendly and we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay. There is free breakfast which a good variety of choices. The pool water was not as warm as I expected considering the weather outside was near the 20s but the pool room in itself was very warm. I would say the beds are pretty comfortable but the pillows not so much....
