"The hotel had nice staff and can see is new. The parking needs to be addressed as you get blocked in so easier to walk than attempt to move. Breakfast warm stuff is only warm not hot but good variety. Upstairs pool is cool but not enough loungers for all and only place that looked like it. Needed a clean inside. Short walk to the beach where they had more loungers but weather was not warm enough. Would go back and stay if needed though."

"The owner and his staff were excellent. I was dealing with canceled flights and the staff was understanding and accomodating. The room was gorgeous, my balcony view was beautiful and the hotel is pristine. Only thing i wish was that the pool inbthe spa had hot water and not cold. Other than that, this hotel was great. "Our stay in Vlore was part of a self driving tour in the area. The hotel is in a great area along the promenade. There is underground parking provided by the hotel. The room was very comfortable. "The receptionist Alicia was very nice and polite, however I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel is very old and run down. It was noisy and the bed sheets were wet with stains on them. It was so loud and noisy , especially in the morning, as there is construction going on right in front of it. Breakfast was not great and the utensils were dirty. On the second morning we did not have electricity for a while. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights. "
